And here’s what I’ve been wanting to share with everyone since I heard that Ferns Tosco will be releasing a self-titled album under Star Records. I’d also want to apologize for the delay because I had to deal with some business projects these past few weeks and I’m just happy …
It’s time for the Philippines and the world to hear Ferns Tosco‘s music. I’m so happy to share with everyone that her self-titled debut album under Star Records Digital will soon be available for download in iTunes, mymusicstore, & AmazonMP3. This just makes me want to go back to Boracay …
I finally have an acceptable video of Ferns Tosco singing “Island Called Boracay” live! Here she is at her final audition for Kanta Pilipinas, TV 5′s upcoming musical reality search. I seldom watch tv, much less reality shows, but if Ferns gets to be one of the final contestants of this show, I will definitely watch it everyday! Even join the voting process!
I am posting one of my favorite songs here again today. Just to remind everyone that worrying and thinking of negative things won’t do us any good -at all. This is Don’t Worry Be Happy by Bobby McFerrin. I especially love the music video because it has Robin Williams and Bill Irwin in it!
If you have been watching MYX then you probably must have seen David Dimuzio’s new music video entitled (I’ll Do Anything) Para Sa’yo. If you are from Iloilo or have been to Iloilo then you must have known that the locations of the music video is in fact in – you guessed it – Iloilo!
I have taken to listening to Kiirtan since I started practicing yoga and meditating. It never fails to calm me down. I have never underestimated the power of music and Kiirtan is the music that has made a great impact in my life.
This is what I’ve been listening to in the past few days. So what do you think am I feeling?

Here’s what I’ve been up to lately..
I have been busy with:
· Studying Module 1 of Sociology 1 – Anthropology (interesting read!).
· Tim’s problem at work.
· Pacman (the Flash Pacman)
· Reading “Bakit Baliktad Magbasa ng Libro ang mga Pilipino” by Bob Ong
· The Eclipse yesterday.
If you’re a frequent visitor of my blog you’ll know that I am an avid listener of reggae music and I am one of Bob Marley’s millions of fans. Reggae music makes me groove to it. Reggae music helps me chill and relax. So when Tim shared with me a song from his phone I was immediately curious as to who sang it and what the title of the song is. The beat is great and only after I listened to the lyrics well and after Tim told me did I knew that it was the reggae version of the Lasallian Alma Mater Hymn.
So there I was working my arse off last night, actually it was very early this morning around 5:49AM Philippine Time, multi-tasking and plurking with my plurky friends when one friend plurked that Michael Jackson has passed away. I couldn’t believe the shocking news at first so I googled it and I read that he had suffered a cardiac arrest. He collapsed at the mansion that he was renting at the exclusive neighborhood of Holmby Hills in Los Angeles. He was rushed by paramedics to UCLA Medical Center where physicians battled for more than an hour to revive the King of Pop before he was pronounced dead.
