Alpha Phi Omega's Reggae Fest

Alpha Phi Omega International Fraternity and Sorority Philippines, Inc. presents 2011 Reggae Fest – “Songs of Freedom” on November 5th at the Capitol Grounds of Iloilo City. This is for the benefit of “Chalks To Go For The Teachers”.

Featuring INDIO I and local bands WeedToes, Little Echo, Maharlika Bahandi, Jepcen, Tribu ni Mali, Lifting Slippers,Combo ni Papa, Bigfoot on Dreads and of course my personal favorite – Bahaghari.

And you know what’s the best part? ADMISSION IS FREE! You only have to bring 5 sticks of unused chalks! So you guys get to have fun, enjoy awesome reggae music and get to help our teachers and students as well! It’s no secret that there is shortage of chalks in our public school classrooms.

I commend my brothers and sisters in Alpha Phi Omega for this very noble act and for organizing such a unique fundraiser. APO is a service fraternity and they are living up to that. Congrats mga tol kg sis! May we always be!
