A friend told me that she is always having trouble falling asleep so I shared with her some videos and music that I listen to that helps me have a calm, restful sleep. Like I told my friend – just clear your mind while listening to this, STOP THINKING/WORRYING, and sleep will come in no time. Oh and try taking long deep breaths first and then later on just breathe naturally.
