Pacquiao VS Margarito

The country is once again “paralyzed” while waiting and looking forward to Manny Pacquiao’s boxing fight with Antonio Margarito. We just finished watching Solar Sports’ pre-fight special where they documented the day-to-day activities of the Pacman and the Tijuana Tornado weeks before the scheduled fight. I am rooting of course for Pacquiao. Tim and I think that this is the Pacman’s last fight and he will retire from boxing and concentrate on his other career. We fervently hope that he will not go down in flames but go out of the boxing world with a big bang instead.

Speaking of his other career, I just read an article about it and I am still kinda surprised. According to The Philippine Online Chronicles“Pacquiao has been in office for only three months but he has already authored/co-authored at least 21 bills and resolutions while learning the ropes as a member of the House of Representatives.  He is a member for the majority in 11 committees and is a vice chairperson of  the Committees on Millennium Development Goals and Youth and Sports Development.” Not bad for a noob right? A boxing legend at that.

The curtain raisers are still fighting as of now and it’s a few more matches before the main event. Filipinos are on the edge of their seats waiting for it to start. This will be Pacquiao’s 8th belt if he will win this fight. While for Margarito, this is going to be the best fight of his career yet – which I hope he does not win. Margarito is a well-known “cheater” so let’s all hope that his tactics won’t work with the Pacman.

I know Papang is witnessing this fight as well, which seems to be Manny “Pacman” Pacquaio’s last boxing match. There are a few websites and blogs where you can watch the boxing match of Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao vs. Antonio  “Tijuana Tornado” Margarito Live Streaming. Hit me up on Facebook so I can share with you a link.

Good luck Pacman!
