“Sinful Desires” at Tinapayan has kicked off yesterday, September 27th and I’m going to tell you guys what to expect at Tinapayan Bakeshop’s one whole month Chocolate Festival. The members of Iloilo Bloggers Inc. were invited last Thursday for an exclusive tasting of what Tinapayan has in store for the Ilonggos and to update us with their upcoming activities.
Since 1978, Tinapayan Bakeshop has been serving the Ilonggos with quality baked products, bread, cakes and pastries at reasonable prizes. They are known for their delicious golden mamon and “pancho.” Tinapayan’s Chocolate Festival is now on it’s 7th year. Chocolate has never been acclaimed like it is today; chocolate is the new luscious talk of the town and ever increasing its popularity so satisfy your cravings with Tinapayan’s delightful array of chocolate concoctions. The Chocolate Festival is an annual celebration and this year; enjoy their 5-week showcase of new chocolate creations as they bring to us “Sinful Desires.”
On the first week of the Chocolate Festival, Tinapayan will hold its first ever “Cake Decorating Contest” where different schools will compete and let loose their creative designs. Be a part of this celebration by witnessing the contest and you also have the chance to choose your favorite cake design by voting for the participating school.
And not just that, Tinapayan will also be introducing their new sweet chocolate collection that will give you a sugar-rush! The bloggers and I were able to taste these sweets first and let me tell you guys – they are totally awesome. More description of them on The Iloilo Food Blogger.
Don’t just look at my photos, taste them! Indulge and go loco over choco with Tinapayan’s newest selection. Plus for a minimum purchase (PhP25) of any of their products, you will get to dip on a 4 feet tall chocolate fountain.
Come and join Tinapayan’s Chocolate Festival!
I would like to thank Ms. Evelyn Que, owner of Tinapayan Bakeshop and Mr. Scott Sarria, General Manager of Days Hotel Iloilo for inviting and graciously hosting us at The Promenade.
